Topics will cover proper warm-up, forehand/backhand grip, balance/stance foundation, rules and regulations, proper serve and techniques, spin vs. non-spin contact, court positions, singles vs. doubles, and physical conditioning. There will be time for questions and answers and then an hour and a half for practice and play to use the information you just learned!
Dependent on weather, we may be outdoors on the tennis courts, so bring a lawn chair and the proper attire and water. Paddles will be provided for those who are new to the sport.
